Please submit your return request within 48 hours of receiving your package, including your Order ID for reference. To verify the condition of the product, we may ask for images or video. If the return is approved, we will contact you to initiate the refund or exchange process. Kindly note that return shipping costs will be covered by you (Rs. 75 for the initial shipment and Rs. 150 for return shipment and processing).

How Long Does a Refund Take?
Once your returned item reaches our fulfilment centre, our quality team will inspect it. If approved, we’ll notify you by email. Please allow up to 15 days from the approval date for the refund to process, as bank processing times may vary.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, as long as the item hasn’t shipped. If the order has shipped, you are welcome to initiate a return, provided the original packaging is unopened.
